What made the trip was the brilliant staff and team. They were kind, considerate and so helpful. We loved every conversation and we will never forget them. My only regret was not staying long enough!
Excellent place. Skibus just few steps from hotel’s skiroom. After skiing, sauna, inner pool, outdoor jaccuzi, relax room. After that, excellent food for dinner, with three options to choose between meat, fish and vegetarian. Very friendly staff!
We had a wonderful stay and felt completely at home. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive – we’ll be happy to come back!

The stop for the free ski bus (every 15 minutes) is just 40 metres to the left of the hotel.
Stop name: Neustift Rain.
Your room is available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
If you arrive earlier, feel free to use our changing area.
In case of early departure, the agreed arrangement price will be charged.
Equipment is available at our partner shop Sport Stubai, located right next door.
Our guests receive a 10% discount.
